Overview

The Support icon in Benchly provides users with quick access to the Benchly Support Desk, where they can browse the knowledge base, troubleshoot issues, and open support tickets. This feature ensures users have the tools and resources to resolve issues efficiently.


How to Access Support

  1. Click the Support Icon:
    • Locate and click the Support icon on the Benchly ribbon.

  1. Explore the Knowledge Base:
    • Use the search bar or navigation menu to browse troubleshooting articles, FAQs, and guides.

Opening a Support Ticket

  1. Initiate a Ticket:
    • Once on the Support Desk, click the green question mark (?) icon in the bottom right corner of the browser window.
    • A dialogue box will appear, prompting you to provide relevant information about your support request.
  2. Submit Details:
    • Fill out the dialogue box with detailed information regarding the issue. Include:
      • A description of the problem.
      • Steps to reproduce the issue.
      • Screenshots or logs (if applicable).
  3. Submit the Ticket:
    • Once all details are completed, click Submit to send your ticket to the Benchly Support Team.

Best Practices

  • Be Thorough:
    • Provide as much detail as possible in your support request. This helps the Benchly Support Team troubleshoot and resolve your issue more efficiently.
  • Attach Supporting Files:
    • Include screenshots, error logs, or other relevant files to assist the team in diagnosing the issue.

Support Hours and Service Level Agreement

  • Support Hours: Benchly support is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA): Users can access the Benchly SLA at https://www.benchly.com/texas-dir for detailed information about support commitments.
